How do I enroll in a course?
Browse our course catalog, select a course you're interested in, and click "Enroll Now" or "Buy Now". Follow the payment process to complete enrollment. Once payment is successful, the course will appear in your "My Courses" section.
Can I access courses offline?
Currently, our courses require an internet connection to stream videos. However, you can download PDF notes for offline study where available.
How long do I have access to a purchased course?
Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to the content. You can revisit the materials as many times as you like.
💳 Payments & Billing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Please contact our support team at contact@pranabhisar.in within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with a course. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How do I get a certificate?
Certificates are automatically generated when you complete a course. Go to "My Certificates" in your profile to view and download your certificates.
Are the certificates recognized?
Our certificates acknowledge completion of the course curriculum. They can be shared on LinkedIn or added to your resume as proof of continuous learning.
🔐 Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and set a new one. If you've forgotten your password, contact our support team.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access your account from multiple devices. However, we track unusual activity to prevent account sharing, which is against our terms of service.
